CodingPassID It is an auxiliary class used only by CoRDDelivery and CoRDBasedDelivery classes
CoRDBasedDelivery This class implements a Characterization of Rate Distortion (CoRD) -based algorithm to deliver the precincts belonging to the client requested Window of Interest.
CoRDDelivery This class implements the Characterization of Rate Distortion (CoRD) algorithm.
CPIBasedDelivery This class implements a Coding Passes Interleaving (CPI) -based rate-distortion method.
CPIDelivery This class implements the Coding Passes Interleaving (CPI) rate-distortion method.
